Manisha is a youth trainer, 25 and Human Rights and Transgender Rights Activist of Bangladesh. She has been working to develop the SOGIESC community for the last seven years and thriving to change the lives of transgender community. For her dedication, effort and volunteering work for SOGIESC community, The Xulhaz Mannan Memorial Award of Diversity 2021 is being given to her.
